Share with Parents

Caregivers choose who gets to see their schedule & profiles.  Caregivers can share their booking links or enter specific parent emails to share their availability with.

Parents Book

Parents can select booking dates of availability of caregivers they know and trust and can see multiple caregiver schedules when caregivers share with them.

Step 4

Text Based

We text caregivers requested bookings and parents are alerted of booking status.  You can do everything from your phone and through text.

Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Nadimpalli.

I am a Registered Nurse who holds a PhD in Nursing from New York University. I applied a research lens to a problem I frequently witnessed and encountered as a mom: finding and securing great in-home childcare. After a lot of trial and error, I realized that ultimately nanny agencies have the insider knowledge, HR acumen, and skills to best identify winning parent-caregiver matches. I wondered, why aren't agency owners dominating the babysitter-parent matching space?

Thus, The Lilli Platform was born. We partner with excellent agencies to populate our booking platform with the most reliable, qualified in-home caregivers one can find.
